Do I need a subscription and can I cancel it?

If you want to earn commission, you need a subscription of at least one bottle.

You can pause, suspend or cancel your subscription at any time.

Why can't I log in to the shop?

This is usually because partners try to log in to the online shop using their back office login details.

However, since our online shop is separate from the back office, you cannot log in to the online shop using your back office login details; the same applies vice versa.

You don't need an online shop account to order from the online shop.

What payment methods do you have?

Basically we have the following payment methods:

  • Paypal
  • Klarna
  • Credit card

DANGER:
If there is a subscription product in your shopping cart, you can only use Paypal or credit card.

When is the commission paid out?

If you have reached the payout threshold of €20, your commission will be paid out on the 15th of the following month.

Please always check your commission daily. A final invoice will be created on the last day of the month and from this point on you have 14 days to have your invoice corrected!

Do I need a business?

Commission income is income from commercial operations and therefore at least a small business is recommended. At least in Germany.
